Unseasonal rain brings hardship to MP’s farmers amid lockdown

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Apr 18 (ANI): The unseasonal rain brought more difficulties for farmers in Madhya Pradesh. Amid the nationwide lockdown, farmers are already facing hardships to sell their crops in ‘mandis’. One of the farmers from the capital of the state said, “The rain will damage the crop, as we don’t have shelters to cover them.” Total number of COVID-19 cases mounted to 1,310 the state. At least 69 people lost their lives due to the deadly virus.
