Washington (USA), June 24 (ANI): Hailing the impact of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Official State visit, Former Commissioner of the US Commission for International Religious Freedom Rev Johnnie Moore on June 23 in USA’s Washington thanked the PM for bringing even the Democrats and Republicans together. Further eulogizing the Indian regard for diverse cultures and religions, Moore said that the US can learn a lot from India. “I met the PM. I thanked him for not only coming to the US but for also bringing Democrats and Republicans together. America can learn a lot from India. India is the most pluralistic country in the entire world. It is a laboratory of religions. I went to India to learn about religions and one of the remarkable things about India is that there are more languages and more religions and more diverse people in that single democracy than any example in human history. And that is something we should be celebrating during every chance that we can get,” Moore said. PM’s US visit was one of the most talked about visits in the last few days. The visit was a huge step for both the major economies in strengthening their ties and in taking some major decisions that will benefit both countries.
