Uttarakhand: Chamoli receives rainfall, IMD issues Red alert

Chamoli (Uttarakhand), Oct 18 (ANI): IMD has issued Red alert in Chamoli on Oct 18, after rain lashed several parts of district. The local police have restricted the devotees to visit Badrinath as a precautionary measure.
