Vaccination drive halted for 18- 44 years-old in Bengaluru

Bengaluru (Karnataka), May 13 (ANI): Vaccination for citizens between 18- 44 years of age has been halted at some Bengaluru centers due to the shortage of vaccines in the state. Karnataka government has prioritized 45+ citizens for both doses of vaccines. Locals arriving at centers expressed their disappointment, one of them said, “A better planning should have been done to cover this kind of population.” Another one said, “It is not something you cook at home, it is a vaccine. Both government and people should go hand in hand.”
