New Delhi, Dec 14 (ANI): Very dense fog shrouds national capital leading to decreased visibility on December 14. Vehicular movement slowed down on Delhi-Meerut Expressway due to the situation. Minimum temperature will hover around 9 degrees Celsius on December 14, predicts India Meteorological Department.
