New Delhi, Jan 23 (ANI): Moderate fog engulfed the national capital on the morning of January 23. Bitter cold conditions prevail in parts of north India. Minimum temperature in Delhi will hover around 7 degree Celsius. India Meteorological Department predicted fall in temperature from January 24 evening.
