New Delhi, December 16, 2025(ANI): On Vijay Diwas, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh lays a wreath at the National War Memorial in New Delhi. He is joined by Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, and Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi.
