VP Joy assumes charge as Kerala’s new Chief Secretary

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Feb 28 (ANI): Senior bureaucrat VP Joy assumed charge as the new Chief Secretary of Kerala on February 28. He succeeded Dr Vishwas Mehta who is retiring from service today.
