Watch: Bike-borne miscreants snatch gold chain from man

New Delhi, Oct 04 (ANI): Two bike-borne miscreants snatched gold chain in broad day light from a government employee on October 01. Whole incident recorded in a CCTV camera. The miscreants snatched the chain in a planned manner. A miscreant first had a verbal spat with the victim then another miscreant came on bike with a minor boy. During the verbal spat, they snatched chain from the man and ran away.
