Watch: Motorist struggles to cross waterlogged road near Delhi’s Tughlakabad area

New Delhi, May 31 (ANI): The pre-monsoon rainfall turned intense in several parts of Delhi. Roads were filled with knee-dip and waist-dip water. Motorists faced obstacles as a number of two-wheeler commuters were seen manually moving their scooters and bikes due to the water logging near Tughlakabad area.
