Patna (Bihar), Oct 23 (ANI): Addressing a press conference in Patna ahead of Bihar elections, General Secretary of All India Congress Committee (AICC), Randeep Singh Surjewala spoke on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rallies in the state. Surjewala said, “Will Prime Minister Narendra Modi today show the courage to announce special status for Bihar. PM Modi gathered praises but where is Central University in Bhagalpur?.” “PM Modi needs to give a lot of answers to 12 crore population of Bihar,” he added.
