DU's inability to pay salaries despite 70 pc budget hike indicates corruption: Sisodia

New Delhi [India], Aug 7 : Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia on Thursday said that the inability of government-funded Delhi University (DU) colleges to pay staff salaries despite a 70 per cent increase in budget allocation in the last 5 years indicates corruption.
