Independence Day: Himachal Dy CM Agnihotri hoists tricolour, lists state's development, challenges

On the occasion of the country's 69th Independence Day, the Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mukesh Agnihotri, hoisted the tricolour at the historic Ridge Ground in Shimla on Friday and extended greetings to the people of the state and the nation.
