While addressing a press conference in New Delhi, the Chief Election Commissioner said that the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls is being carried out under Article 326 of the Constitution of India. The exercise aims to ensure that no eligible voter is left out while preventing the inclusion of ineligible persons in the electoral rolls.
