The Chairperson of the Himachal Pradesh Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Commission, Kuldeep Kumar, along with other Members of the Commission, visited the Police Headquarters, Shimla, on Tuesday to discuss the case of Chirgaon, District Shimla of an unfortunate incident of suicide committed by a twelve-year-old boy belonging to the Scheduled Caste community, resident of Village Limbra, District Shimla.
