Tiger sighting at 8,000-ft Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary prompts heightened vigil

A Bengal tiger has reportedly been sighted again in Uttarakhand's Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary in Almora, prompting the Forest Department to intensify surveillance. Camera traps have been installed and a Quick Response Team activated, while tourists and local residents have been advised to exercise caution. Officials said the tiger's presence could be part of its normal territorial movement.
