The Haryana Government through its Chief Secretary has informed the National Green Tribunal (NGT) that a ring-fenced amount of Rs 1124.64 crores for urban solid and sewage management should be set apart for the purpose of solid as well as liquid waste management in the state.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday said that there are no riots in the state and the law and order situation is under control. The CM's statement comes on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
