Gold smuggling case: Not prepared to pay a penny as damages or tender apology, says Swapna Suresh's advocate

Swapna Suresh, the prime accused in the Kerala gold smuggling case, has said that she is not prepared to pay a penny and apologize to the Communist Party of India (Marxist) CPIM State Secretary M V Govindan after the latter served her a legal notice seeking an apology or compensation.
