National Herald Case: DK Shivakumar to skip ED summon today, says will attend party worker's birthday

Karnataka Congress president DK Shivakumar on Sunday said that he would not appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday in connection with the National Herald case as he has to participate in a party worker's birthday event.
