Action can be taken against those putting up posters, says Delhi Minister

"The people of Delhi have been told to keep the walls of Delhi clean and well-maintained so that it looks clean. In that regard, the CM said that no one should put up their poster. If someone does put one up, action can also be taken against them. This is a good initiative and very necessary," Singh told ANI.
