WhatsApp, Facebook monetise users' information, not legally entitled to privacy protection claim, Centre tells Delhi HC

New Delhi [India], October 22 : The Centre told the Delhi High Court on Friday that WhatsApp and Facebook that monetise users' information for business/commercial purposes are not legally entitled to claim that they protect privacy. In fact, the regulators of various countries clearly hold that Facebook should be held accountable for its services and data management practices.

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) [India], October 22 : Giving a big push to Kerala's stakeholder-friendly "Karavan Kerala" initiative, hospitality major CGH Earth on Friday announced its plans to set up a string of ten caravan parks across the state, the first of which will be set up at Marayoor in the Idukki district, an official statement said.
