Margao (Goa) [India], June 5 : Leader of Opposition in Goa Assembly, Digambar Kamat on Saturday charged the government for celebrating "Tika Utsavs" and said it is the "most insensitive act" of the government and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) functionaries are lighting lamps celebrating "Tika Utsavs" when the state is mourning the deaths of its citizens due to coronavirus.
