SC commutes death sentence of rape-murder convict to life imprisonment

New Delhi [India], May 14 : The Supreme Court has commuted the death sentence of a man accused of raping and murdering a minor into life imprisonment, observing the possibility and the probability of the reformation and rehabilitation of the man.
