The Bihar CEO also reaffirmed that any objection and deletion to the voter list can only happen from giving Form 7 of Rule 13 of the Electoral Registration Rules, 1960 or through the Booth Level Agents (BLA) of political parties with a proscribed form and declaration as per Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950.
