Indian opener KL Rahul brought an end to a long wait for a Test century on home soil, registering his 11th ton in the longest format during the opening Test against the West Indies at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday.
At the end of the first session, India was 218/3, with KL (100*) and Jurel (14*) unbeaten. India leads by 56 runs.
