England Test captain Ben Stokes is "all for" the aggression and tempers that flared during the third Test against India at the 'Home of Cricket', Lord's. England captain Ben Stokes confirmed that their frontline spinner Shoaib Bashir has been ruled out of the remaining two Tests against India, following their hard-earned 22-run victory at Lord's.
