Surat (Gujarat), Dec 29 (ANI): The price of traditional kites has surged ahead of Uttarayan kite festival due to increase in the cost of raw materials in Surat, Gujarat. A local kite seller told that this year’s business is 20-25 per cent better than the previous year. “This year's business is 20-25 per cent better than the previous year.
