Silchar (Assam) July 27 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma asked Mizoram Government to investigate reported use of arms by civilians in the recent border clash between the two northeastern states. “Why some civilians got angry? Normally civilians do not angry in cases like these. I think this angle should be looked upon by the Mizoram Police. I hope the CM of Mizoram will investigate. How civilians got arms. This is a big issue,” said Sarma.
