Dehradun (Uttarakhand), July 03 (ANI): Former chief minister and BJP leader Trivendra Singh Rawat on July 03 said that it’s true that if Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat would have not resigned it would have led to Constitutional crisis. “Had he (Tirath Singh Rawat) not resigned, it would have led to Constitutional crisis. In some states, bypolls were delayed due to COVID. Circumstances have led to this situation. Leader to be elected at today’s legislature meet,” said former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat.
