Madurai (Tamil Nadu), Mar 26 (ANI): Amid the poll season, an independent candidate contesting the Tamil Nadu assembly elections from Madurai South constituency has topped the list of poll promises which even a national party can dare to even touch. Thulam Saravanan’s extraordinary poll promises have grabbed eyeballs. Promises include a trip to the Moon, helicopters, robots for household work, gold and cars to voters if he is elected to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. Interestingly, the candidate is contesting on the symbol of Dustbin which showcases his intention of cleaning up the mess in Madurai, both intentionally and metaphorically.
