Surat (Gujarat), Nov 21 (ANI): Striking hard at the BJP over using the term 'Vanvasis' instead of the ‘Adivasis’ in Gujarat ahead of the state Assembly Polls, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, whose ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ reached Gujarat today, alleged that BJP just wants to snatch the land of the ‘Adivasis’. Rahul also eulogised the Forest Rights Act that was brought by the Congress party. “Adivasis are the first owners of India but BJP calls them 'Vanvasis' whose land can be snatched by BJP and given to 2 to 3 industrialists. They don't want ‘Adivasis’ to live in cities, get access to education, health, and employment,” the Congress leader said.
