Bangladesh has approved the export of 3,000 tons of hilsa fish to India ahead of Durga Puja, enhancing trade ties. The Commerce Ministry announced that exporters must submit applications by September 24. Hilsa, the national fish of Bangladesh, is celebrated during this festival and symbolizes cultural exchange with India.
Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi met with Andrey Slepnev in Moscow to discuss expanding trade and investment opportunities between the UAE and the Eurasian bloc. They reviewed progress on the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement and emphasised key sectors for potential growth, including logistics and agriculture.
