During the weekly press briefing, Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, reiterated India's stance on bilateral discussions with Pakistan, stating that the only area left for discussion between the two countries is Pakistan's handing over of terrorists and vacating the illegally occupied area of Jammu and Kashmir. He noted that the Indus Water Treaty would continue to remain in abeyance until Pakistan "Pakistan credibly and irrevocably abjures its support for cross-border terrorism".
All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Thursday informed the Saudi officials that Pakistan is propagating terrorism and targeting Indian citizens, and urged them to bring Pakistan back to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Grey List to curb terror financing.
