China refutes India's charge of kidnapping Arunachal youth, says it 'cracks down on illegal border entry & exit'

Beijing [China], January 21 : Chinese Foreign Ministry has not given a categoric answer to the incident in which a teenager from Arunachal Pradesh was reportedly captured by the Chinese Army and said PLA "cracks down on illegal border entry and exit".

Geneva [Switzerland], January 21 : Moscow is not planning to invade Ukraine and never threatened its people but it asked Washington to put pressure on Kiev to implement Minsk agreements, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov following the conclusion of his talks with his US counterpart Antony Blinken as the tensions mount over Moscow's heavy deployment of forces along its border with Ukraine, reported Sputnik.
