Srinagar, Dec 10 (ANI): In the memory of CDS Gen Rawat and 12 others, candlelight vigil was organised at War Memorial in Srinagar on Dec 10. Lt General DP Pandey paid tribute to victims of tragic Chopper crash. Srinagar Mayor Junaid Mattu also joined them in paying last respects to General Rawat. IGP Kashmir paid tribute to Chief of Defence. CDS Gen Rawat, 12 others died in IAF chopper crash on Dec 08. Speaking to mediapersons, Lt General Pandey said, “People had requested that they want to pay tribute to Gen Bipin Rawat and soldiers who died in the helicopter crash. This is a tribute from the people of Kashmir at the war memorial in Srinagar.”
