Kulgam (J&K), June 26 (ANI): District Employment & Counselling Centre Kulgam organised a job fair at the office premises in J&K’s Kulgam. The purpose was to provide a suitable and convenient platform to the educated unemployed youth and facilitate their interaction with Private Companies and Employers for training, skilling and placement. 12 private companies and skill development organisations of every sector participated in this event. Resource persons from every department disseminated information about their respective schemes and programmes. The event saw a huge response from job seekers and companies. 12 unemployed youths were provided offers letter on the spot and 350 fresh registrations were made and 257 candidates were shortlisted for the next rounds. Job seekers expressed their gratitude to the organisers for organising the job fair.
