New Delhi, Oct 21 (ANI): Delhi Police on October 19 arrested one person for allegedly kidnapping a seven-year-old boy from the Shahdara area of the national capital. Sagar Preet Hooda, Joint Commissioner of Police (CP) of Eastern Range said, “The accused had built a bond with the child which made it easy for him. The accused was arrested near Gokulpuri Metro Station along with the child.”
