New Delhi, Mar 29 (ANI): Amid the pandemic scare, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation through his monthly ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio show on March 29. “I apologize for taking these harsh steps which have caused difficulties in your lives, especially the poor people. I know some of you would be angry with me also. But these tough measures were needed to win this battle,” said PM Narendra Modi. According to Union Health Ministry, the total number of coronavirus cases in the country raised to 979 (including 86 cured/discharged and 25 deaths).
