Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Dec 31 (ANI): While addressing a press conference, Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on Citizenship (Amendment) Act asserted that only Parliament has the power to pass any law. "List 1, and I am reading entry 17 which says Citizenship, naturalization and aliens. Therefore, it is only the Parliament that has the power to pass any law with regards to citizenship, not any Assembly, including Kerala," said Ravi Shankar.
