New Delhi, Nov 03 (ANI): While speaking to ANI on air pollution in Delhi and NCR region and stubble burning in neighbouring areas, Minister of State (MoS) of Labor Welfare Council in the Uttar Pradesh government, Sunil Bharala said, "Farmers have always practiced stubble burning and it is a natural system. Repeated criticism of it is unfortunate. Governments should hold 'Yagya' to please Lord Indra (God of rain), as done traditionally." "He (Lord Indra) will set things right," Bharala added.
