“Only supported Army veteran…” Congress leader Nagma on her tweet pertaining to Richa Chadha’s Galwan tweet

Mumbai, November 25 (ANI): Former Bollywood leading lady and Congress leader Nagma Morarji is under fire for expressing her support for Richa Chadha’s army-mocking tweet. “We do not insult the army. The government insults them. When our jawans were martyred in Galwan, our PM said that no one had entered or no one had entered. Media distorts our words,” she said while speaking to ANI on November 25. She added, “I only supported an Army veteran, not Richa Chadha's tweet. It's not right to say that I'm mocking the Army...If Army is ready to take on PoK, then why haven't BJP given them the go-ahead to do so?” Support from the Congress leader came after Richa Chadha has already apologised for her tweet. Richa Chadha has issued an apology on the same media platform after receiving tons of backlash over the internet.
