Vadodara (Gujarat), Oct 01 (ANI): Union External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on October 01 made a candid remark on one of India’s neighbouring countries Pakistan and said that our neighbour is an expert in ‘International terrorists’. “We have a neighbour, like we're expert in IT (information technology) they're expert in 'international terrorists'. It's going on for years. But we could explain to the world that terrorism is terrorism, today it's being done against us, tomorrow it will be against you,” the Union Minister said. “Now the world’s understanding of terrorism has increased as compared to earlier times.
