Srinagar, Oct 03 (ANI): Scientists introduced multi-coloured capsicum vegetable varieties in Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST) in Shalimar Bagh of Jammu and Kashmir. It aimed to bring a revolution in the vegetable cultivation. These days, poly-tech houses are looking beautiful because of multi-coloured capsicums. Researchers are also gaining experience from capsicum cultivation. From the few last years, SKUAST is playing a tremendous role in promoting the agricultural sector as vegetable cultivation as it can generate income for farmers. Scientists have done another successful experiment by introducing multi-coloured capsicum vegetable varieties with good quality. With the help of this revolutionary step, the vegetable sector will reach new heights and the quality of vegetable crops will also increase in the future. These days, scientists and researchers of SKUAST are also doing different experiments in high-tech poly houses for the development of vegetable cultivation. So these latest and multi-coloured capsicums including green, yellow, red and brown are also good for health. The scientists are trying hard to increase the production of these multi-coloured capsicums in future.
