Pulwama (J&K), Aug 11 (ANI): A mega Tiranga Rally was held at Sports Stadium at Pulwama in South Kashmir on August 10. It was organised by the district administration of Pulwama in collaboration with Police as a part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. The objective of the rally was to spread the campaign in every corner of Pulwama district and encourage the people to hoist the National Flags at their homes. Thousands of students both from government and private schools participated in the rally. District Commissioner of Pulwama Baseer-ul-Haq Chaudhary along with SSP Pulwama Ghulam Jeelani Wani also participated in the rally. These National Flags were distributed to the students and they were encouraged to hoist the National Flags at their homes also. Participants also sang patriotic songs during the rally.
