Srinagar, July 23 (ANI): Sainik Welfare Board of Jammu and Kashmir held an awareness workshop over Agnipath Scheme in Srinagar. It was organised in collaboration with the Indian Army. The purpose of the workshop was to motivate youths to join in the Agnipath Scheme. Many youths from NCC, NSS and local youths attended the workshop. Officials from Indian Army and administration explained the benefits of Agnipath Scheme to them. During the program, participants asked various questions about the scheme. GoC of 31 Sub Area Srinagar gave answers to their questions. Youths were happy to attend the workshop as they got proper counselling in the workshop. They also got motivation to join Agnipath Scheme and make a career in armed forces.
