New Delhi, May 31 (ANI): Briefing on India’s economic growth rate, country’s Chief Economic Advisor KV Subramanian on May 31 said that the momentum of GDP growth has been affected by the COVID second wave and the Indian economy grew 1.6% in Quarter 4 in the Financial Year 2020-21. “The momentum of GDP growth has been affected by the second wave. Indian economy grew 1.6% in Quarter 4 the Financial Year 2020-21; Full-year GDP contraction stands at 7.3%,” said Chief Economic Adviser.
