Jaipur (Rajasthan) June 25 (ANI): Reviewing the vaccination campaign in the state, Rajasthan's Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has directed the officials that the Medical and Health Department should give priority to timeliness of both the doses of COVID vaccine. He has said that for those who have received the first dose of the vaccine, it is very important to take the second dose on time after the stipulated interval.The CM stressed that those who received the first jab, should be informed about the time of the second dose through messages on mobile or any other medium and the Health Department should ensure necessary arrangements in this regard.The Chief Minister said that Rajasthan has been in the forefront in the management of vaccines as well as COVID. As a result of this, out of the allotted vaccine to the state, almost 100 percent doses have been used. The CM expressed concern over the spread of delta variants of the virus in some parts of the country. "One has to be alert towards this worrying situation from the very beginning and necessary preparations have to be ensured from now on to deal with it," advised Rajasthan CM.
