Jaipur (Rajasthan), 20 April (ANI): The Rajasthan government is going to make students of minority communities study foreign languages. Under the 'Chief Minister's Minority Language Proficiency and Communication Skill Development Scheme', students of minority communities will get this opportunity. Under its first phase, applications can be made till April 25. At present, a provision of 2 crore rupees has been made under this scheme and in the first phase only, 800 students will be able to take advantage of it. For this, a monthly stipend of 1,500 rupees will be given to each student by the Ashok Gehlot government. Under this scheme, English, French, German, Arabic, Persian, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese languages will be studied. To learn a foreign language under this scheme, the student must have passed at least 12th class. For this, it is also necessary for the age of students to be between 18 to 35 years.
