A master class on making ice sculptures with the participation of theatre and cinema artists took place in Moscow’s museum park. The theme of the event was Russian capital and folk legends. This fairytale character inspired the team of actor Vladimir Sychev. Tools - from electric saws to various knives and scrapers. Actress Maria Poroshina and her team chose a phoenix. She says, the candidacy of the fairy-tale bird had to be coordinated with their children, who also participated. Organisers say, the figures will remain on the embankment as long as the weather permits. 11 teams came out to create ice images. Each team was assisted by a professional mentor. The workshop is part of the preparation of the 9TH new year festival "Ice Moscow.
