Delhi Police busts international drug cartel

New Delhi, March 10 (ANI): With the arrest of three drug suppliers, Delhi Police busted an international narcotic drug cartel. All accused are of African origin and have been identified as Nnamani Ahukajude, Franck Oumar Ibrahim and Chinezie. In the massive drug haul, Delhi Police recovered a total of 14.5 kg methaqualone from the arrested drug suppliers. The value of the recovered contraband of methaqualone is of over Rs 60 crore in the international market. Recently, the police team received specific information about the arrival of a drug trafficker with a consignment of methaqualone near a petrol pump on Dhaula Kuan- Gurugram expressway. After the intel, police laid a trap and apprehended Nnamani Ahukajude after conducting raids. He disclosed information about his accomplice, Frank. Frank was later traced and nabbed from Greater Noida. Further, they revealed the name of another Greater Noida-based supplier, Chinezie, who was arrested from Vasant Kunj. During interrogation, the accused disclosed that they were involved in drug trafficking across India for more than two years.
